⭐ Loyalty points

The loyalty program has been valid since 1 March 2016 and is available only to registered and logged-in customers.

🎁 How to earn loyalty points

• For product purchases – for every item you purchase you earn loyalty points, approximately 1 point for each CZK 50 of the product price (excluding shipping and payment fees).
• For account registration – when you create a customer account you receive a bonus of 50 points.
• Customers who registered before 29 February 2016 had 50 points added to their account automatically.

⏱ Validity of loyalty points

• Loyalty points are valid for 1 year from your last purchase.
• If no new purchase is made within 12 months, any unused points will automatically expire.

🛒 How to redeem points

• You can redeem loyalty points on your next order in the shopping cart.
• When completing your order, simply choose how many points you want to use.
• The value of the points will be deducted from the product price before your order is submitted.

👁️ Where to see your points

You can see your current loyalty point balance after logging in under “My account → Loyalty points”, including the full history of earned and redeemed points.
