Complaints Procedure


The products covered by the right to a claim must be forwarded for consideration immediately after
finding fault should be clean and appropriate supporting documents and a description of the problem, or designated place
the defect.
How to proceed
1. In the case of a complaint, you can choose between two options, follow the steps below: Submit product
address - "contact address". Transportation is paid by the seller. Once you know
when and where we will be able to pick up the shipment, please contact us. Shipment must be complete
(Including all accessories and documentation) and in a state in which you accepted delivery.
The goods attach proof of purchase. Please always use wrapping paper or cardboard, so that
during transport could cause sticking, describe or other impairment original packaging.
Do not send cash on delivery, in which case the goods will not be accepted. We recommend you
insure the goods.
2. Immediately upon receipt of the goods you receive a complaint report
3. Goods must be properly packed for transport so as to prevent any further potential damage.
4. Defective or damaged goods will be replaced or refund your purchase price.
5th The goods must be accompanied by all documents that the buyers of the goods received, thus, for example,
receipt, warranty card and other.
6. The seller assumes no liability for damages resulting from the operation of the products, functional
property and damage resulting from improper use of products as well as damage caused by external
events and mishandling. On the origin of this defect is not covered by warranty.
7th Goods for hygienic reasons for complaint upheld only properly cleaned.
8. If a manufacturer provides a warranty longer is given for the goods in the catalog.
9. In the case of rejected complaints may be charged the cost of the complaint procedure and handling
charges.
10. It settling the claim will be informed by e-mail or SMS. As in the delivery
Orders will be informed about the expedition and package delivery date.
